If i could rate 10/01 i would! I just spent my birthday here & let me just say i had an incredible time and fun experience! From the moment we arrived the Staff were friendly & beyond helpful! Our server was heaven sent , so friendly, reliable & helpful with recommendations , one of the managers even stopped by our table & wished me happy birthday. The food & drinks were amazing and plentiful the price was affordable! Just go! & thanks for having me

We celebrated our anniversary tonight at The Melting Pot, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Making our reservation through OpenTable was quick and effortless, which made planning our special evening even easier. Our server, Ashlee C., was an absolute delight. She brought such upbeat, magnetic energy to our table, and her genuine smile instantly elevated the entire evening. It's rare to encounter someone who is not only attentive but also so naturally warm and engaging. Ashlee kept each course flowing perfectly, guiding us seamlessly from the cheese fondue to the entrée course and finally to the chocolate fondue finale. Every bite was delicious, and the pacing of the meal allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our celebration. The outstanding service didn't stop with our server. From the moment we walked through the door, every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The entire team went above and beyond to create a memorable anniversary dinner, and for that, we are truly grateful. If you're looking for a special dining experience in Raleigh, this is a wonderful place to celebrate life's important moments. We'll definitely be back. ❤️

We loved every part of this restaurant as it was our first time and our waiter Jeff made it remarkable!!! He went above any beyond for me and my husband. As we went to celebrate our 4 year Wedding Anniversary!!! We defiantly recommend and we will be going again and requesting Jeff!!

We went here for a before surgery dinner...I will start with the dinner. It was amazing. But what put it over the top was the server Jeff..He was just as amazing as the food.! soical attentive..all around made the meal even better..especially with our tiny(but BIG) surprise at the end

We went for my friends 40th because it is one of her favorite spots. Expect to be there a while (3 hours) if you are doing the full 4 course meal. The starter cheese (especially the Wisconsin Cheddar) was amazing! Then everyone gets a salad. The ceasar was good, not memorable. On to the main course... you pick your broths/oils to cook in and your meat selections and it comes with veggies to cook as well and sauces. Several pieces of steak were not tender no matter how long or short I cooked them. The herb chicken was really good. Just remember you are cooking a couple bites at a time and some bites need 5 mins. each like the chicken and veggies. This is where time comes into play and adds up. Lastly, you get to pick desserts/chocolate dippers and a plate of sweets/fruits to dip it in. This was good. The best thing is banana fosters... and funny enough I had to request it because they took it off the menu and its was one of the best. Luckily, they still did it for me. Service and atmosphere were fine. It is something cool and different to do for dinner. I will say the meal was not worth $160ish with tip in our opinion... but again we were there for a friend.
